In addition, after the possibility of mobilisation, many Russian citizens flocked to the airports yesterday and the flight tickets for Moscow-Istanbul flights exceeded $ 1000. On Wednesday 21 September, there were no seats left on Moscow-Istanbul flights.
In the war, Russia could not find soldiers to send to Ukraine after its great losses. Russia first tried to recruit men from prisons using Wagner and then started to collect volunteer soldiers in churches. Russia, which could not find soldiers despite all these, declared mobilisation.
