Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law banning those convicted of crimes against the sexual inviolability of children from visiting educational institutions as well as children‘s playgrounds and sports grounds.

According to the new law, probationers with a pending or unspent conviction for a crime against the sexual inviolability of children will not be allowed to enter children’s educational, medical, cultural, sanatorium-resort and physical culture and sports institutions.
They may also not visit children’s playgrounds and sports grounds.
