NASA did just that: The sound of the black hole was recorded!

NASA said in a statement today that it has managed to record the sound of a black hole in the Perseus Galaxy, which is approximately 235 million light-years away. So how and by what means was the sound of the black hole recorded in space?

The sound of the black hole was recorded by the Chandra X-ray Observatory!

The Chandra X-ray Observatory was launched into space in 1999 along with NASA’s STS-93 mission. After 23 years, he made a discovery that goes down in history today. The sound of the black hole recorded by the Observatory has been transformed by scientists into something that our ears can hear from astronomical data.

Following this post, many people made many criticisms of the authenticity of the sound recorded in space. But it’s actually quite possible to make that happen. Because while most of space is made up of emptiness, there are large masses of gas that surround all matter, planets and galaxies.

NASA says these large clouds of gas, mostly in space, are enough for sound waves to move forward. He also believes that a widespread misunderstanding of the need for no sound in space will end with this sharing.

In addition, these sound waves captured by the Chandra X-ray Observatory are not normally detected by the human ear. It is stated that the sound is raised by about 58 octaves in order to bring it to a level that the human ear can hear. It is also underlined that no intervention was made to make the audio in the shared file sound good.
