Russia: the West has decided to eliminate Zelensky

In a statement on his social media account, Medvedev commented on the arrest of a person in Poland who tried to leak information that could be used in an assassination attempt against Zelensky.

Medvedev argued that Zelensky had reason to be seriously alarmed and suggested that there could be an assassination attempt on Zelensky in Poland. “This is probably the first evidence that the West has decided to eliminate him,” Medvedev said.

Yesterday, Poland’s National Prosecutor’s Office announced that a person allegedly trying to leak detailed information about Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport, about 90 kilometers from the Ukrainian border, had been arrested and that the person in question was trying to contact Russians who took part in the Russia-Ukraine War.

The statement noted that this information could be used in an assassination attempt against Zelensky.

Military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine is being delivered from Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport, which is under the control of US troops.
