Elon Musk, the popular CEO of SpaceX, made statements about the company’s next Starship expedition in a post on the X platform the other day. While Musk said that he expects this test flight to take place in the next 3 weeks, it was a matter of curiosity why the American Federal Aviation Organization has not yet officially authorized this flight.
Elon Musk is planning a new Starship flight!
The reason for the delay in the official authorization is the explosion of the Starship flight at SpaceX Texas facilities last November. However, the company management claimed that despite this explosion, the flight was successful in achieving its goal.
SpaceX officials announced that they are waiting for the Federal Aviation Administration to complete its review and authorize the next flight. In this expedition, it is planned to reach the Moon with a comprehensive team and equipment. It was even claimed that even going to Mars was in question. SpaceX, which has completed many necessary preparations for the expedition, hopes to be successful in this operation.

The giant flight rocket, which weighs exactly 7.7 tons, won the title of the world’s most powerful rocket when it was used for the first time 10 months ago. However, the explosions in the first 2 flights showed us that the rocket was not fully ready.
