Russia issues an order for its troops to leave Kherson, the only provincial capital it has managed to seize since beginning its invasion in February.

Russian state news outlets say that Kirill Stremousov, a Russian-installed official in the Kherson area of Ukraine, died in an automobile accident.

Russia’s influential Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev meets with leaders in Tehran, including President Ebrahim Raisi, after Iran acknowledged providing drones to Moscow’s military.
