The first commercial in a $10 million advertising campaign by a conservative judicial organization, which claims that Democrats are jeopardizing Supreme Court justices, is directed at Attorney General Merrick Garland
The first cable and internet commercial for Judicial Crisis Network will debut on Thursday in the Washington, D.C., market.
It asserts that Mr. Garland submitted to a “woke crowd” by refusing to uphold federal regulations prohibiting demonstrations in front of the homes of justices in an effort to obstruct justice.

“Merrick Garland has consistently bowed to the radical left’s agenda, whether it’s calling concerned parents ‘domestic terrorists’ or suing states for protecting the unborn. What the Attorney General is clearly *not* doing is enforcing a federal law designed to protect judges at their homes, as mobs of protestors continue to harass six of the Court’s justices at their homes, even after the attempted assassination of Brett Kavanaugh,” Carrie Severino, president of Judicial Crisis Network, said in a statement.
Since a draft opinion from the Supreme Court, which indicated the justices were about to reverse Roe v. Wade, the 1973 historic decision that granted women a nationwide right to abortion, emerged, it has been more than 100 days.
Although no one has been blamed for the leak, the court marshal is looking into the unusual occurrence.
Progressive groups held months-long protests in front of the conservative judges’ residences as a result of the leak. With claimed assassination preparations, Nicholas John Roske of California made his way to Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh’s Maryland home. In federal custody while awaiting trial is Mr. Roske.
According to a poll done by The Trafalgar Group in May for the Convention of the States Action, 76% of people believe that calling for protests against the residences of the judges is improper, while 16% believe that it is a legitimate form of protest.
Furthermore, 52% of respondents claimed that President Biden’s failure to denounce the pro-choice protestors’ activities will simply serve to inspire further aggressive or illegal behavior.
