Tesla CEO Elon Musk thinks that the global economy will enter a very troubled period in the coming days. According to a Reuters report, Musk sent an email to his top executives expressing his thoughts on the economy.
The Tesla CEO called his thoughts on the global economy a “super bad feeling.” According to the published report, Elon Musk will lay off 10 percent of Tesla employees. The company employs more than 100 thousand people.
China’s “zero coronavirus” policy has negatively affected Tesla, as have many tech companies. The shutdown, the fluctuations in the world economy and the negative impact of the Ukrainian war on investors may change the company’s growth plans.
On the other hand, Elon Musk is having problems with Tesla employees these days. Recently, it was stated that Musk is trying to bring his employees to the office with the end of the pandemic. Then the Tesla CEO asked employees to either come to the office 40 hours a week or leave the company.
