Baykar, who participated in the campaign organized by the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense for Ukraine, presented Bayraktar TB2 as a gift.
In a campaign launched by the Lithuanian Defense Minister last week, it was said that the necessary amount of money would be collected and the Bayraktar TB2 UAV would be purchased from Turkey and sent to Ukraine. As a matter of fact, they reached this goal by collecting 5 million Euros in 3 days. Upon learning this, Baykar presented Bayraktar TB2 to Liyvania.
Baykar presents Bayraktar TB2 to Lithuania: What will happen to 5 million Euros?
After the Lithuanian people raised 5 million Euros to support Ukraine, government representatives contacted Baykar. He said he wanted to buy a Bayraktar TB2 and that he would donate it to the Ukrainian army.
Baykar officials, who learned about the situation, announced that they had gifted the requested Bayraktar TB2 UAV to Lithuania. He said they want the 5 million euros collected to be given to the Ukrainian people for humanitarian aid.
Of course, at the moment, Ukraine’s war with Russia continues unabated. For this reason, among the most needed things, ammunition support comes first. Therefore, according to some sources, with this 5 million Euros of aid collected, MAM series ammunition to be used in TB2s can be bought. In addition, thanks to this free purchase, a new one has been added to the countries that technically receive TB2.

The Lithuanian people honorably raised money to buy a Bayraktar TB2 for Ukraine. Upon learning this, Baykar will give Lithuania a free Bayraktar TB2. We want these funds to go to Ukraine for humanitarian aid.
