Xiaomi announced today on Weibo that it will promote the Black Shark 5 series on March 30 at 7 p.m. As in previous leaks, the brand’s post confirmed that the Black Shark 5 RS and Black Shark 5 Pro models will be introduced.

The Black Shark 5 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, which goes through the 4 nanometer production process. The smartphone will have a 6.67-inch Full HD Plus AMOLED display. The device’s fingerprint scanner will also be integrated into the screen. Powered by 120W fast charging, the product runs on a 4,650 mAh battery. Offering up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, the phone has a 13 Megapixel selfie camera. At the back is expected to be a triple camera array with a 108 Megapixel main camera.
The Black Shark 5 RS will feature up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. On the back of the phone is expected to be a triple camera setup with a 64 Megapixel main camera.
