NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control Force (NAEW&CF) conducted command and control (C2) operations with an all-female aircrew for the first time.
The flight was a regular mission sortie by multinational crews in support of NATO’s Enhanced Vigilance Activities (eVA). The flight was flown by twenty-two female soldiers from 8 NATO allies.
