In one part of his testimony, in which he claimed the privilege granted by the Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution more than a thousand times, slain pedophile Jeffrey Epstein claims he was unable to identify the window in a photograph.

An interview with the disgraced financier is included in the latest batch of documents released on Tuesday, detailing names associated with Epstein.

In his testimony, Epstein, who was questioned about his relationships with Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton, as well as his accuser Virginia Giuffre, is being questioned about various allegations that he abused young women.

In answering most of the questions, Epstein prefers to invoke the privilege provided by the Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution, which protects individuals from being forced to make incriminating statements.

Epstein, who was allowed to answer “fifth” about 1,200 times during the interrogation, appears to have repeatedly tried to frustrate his interrogators.

In one particular interview, he is asked about a photograph allegedly taken at his New York mansion. Epstein claims that he cannot identify an object in the photograph (a window).

The person doing the interrogation:

And do you see a room in the back of this photo?

Epstein:

-Fifth.

The person doing the interrogation:

-Are you using the fifth amendment for what appears in this photo?

Epstein:

-I can’t see anything. I’m sorry.

The person doing the interrogation:

-Do you see that a window is visible in this photo?

Epstein:

-I don’t know what this is. I’m sorry.

The person doing the interrogation:

-Do you see white light reflecting off a blue surface in this photo?

Epstein:

-Yes.

The person doing the interrogation:

-Does this look like a window to you?

Epstein:

-Not necessarily, no.

Elsewhere in the interview, the disgraced financier, who died in prison in 2019 after committing suicide while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, was asked whether he had ordered Giuffre to tell him “what guys like Prince Andrew were doing to him” in order to blackmail them.

In the face of these questions, Epstein exercised his Fifth Amendment right under the US Constitution.

Prince Andrew denies any wrongdoing. Prince Andrew, who withdrew from public life after the anger caused by his friendship with Epstein, settled a sexual assault case with Giuffre, whom he claims he never met, by paying millions.
