Prepare your Samsung smart TV to display YouTube Shorts

Whether you like it or not, the purpose of YouTube Shorts was to dominate the platform. And guess what? The inevitable is about to occur because YouTube has announced that it will make its short-format videos (Shorts) available on smart TVs worldwide, including Samsung’s.

On November 8, the Google-owned video-sharing website declared its intention to make its YouTube Shorts more well-known than its competitors, like Meta and TikTok, worldwide. For smart TVs, gaming consoles, and streaming devices that were introduced after 2019, YouTube Shorts will be made available.

The newly created Shorts feature on the YouTube app’s home screen will allow interested users to play or watch YouTube Shorts immediately. Alternately, you can go to the channel page of your favorite creator and watch their Shorts there as well. As well as like or hating the Shorts, users will be able to read the titles and descriptions of the videos and subscribe to the creators’ channels.

The first was to determine whether the Shorts could be presented using the conventional video player or if the video player needed to be modified to fill the two empty sides. The developers also gave some thought to adding a “Jukebox”-style video player that could display many Shorts simultaneously to cover the entire screen.

The release today features the Shorts video playing in the middle with the title on the right side of it following a round of research. You can watch the sound used in the video directly beneath the title. There is the below thing
