During the meeting, it was noted that “arms deliveries to the Ukrainian army are prolonging the conflict, inflicting suffering on the Kiev regime and increasing the number of civilian casualties.”

It was underlined that it is unacceptable for the West to use the food issue for its own geopolitical interests.
During the meeting, bilateral relations were also discussed and it was proposed to “start a professional dialogue in the mode of calm diplomacy” on the exchange of detained Russian and US citizens.
