The Lithuanian Ministry of Defense announced that its campaign to buy Bayraktar TB2 for Ukraine has come to an end.

In a campaign launched by the Lithuanian Defense Minister last week, it was said that the necessary amount of money would be collected and the Bayraktar TB2 UAV would be purchased from Turkey and sent to Ukraine. As a matter of fact, they reached this goal by collecting 5 million Euros in 3 days.

Before the donation campaign launched by the Lithuanian Defense Minister, there were actually some estimates about the price of the Bayraktar TB2 UAV. But there was no definitive explanation of how much it was sold to European countries.

In the first share, it was said that 1 million Euros had already been collected and a total of 5 million Euros were needed. In other words, the cost of buying 1 Bayraktar TB2 is 5 million Euros. Of course, this price may vary according to countries, agreements and equipment of the aircraft.

Today, in the last post, the Lithuanian Defense Minister thanked his people. He also said that 5 million Euros were collected in 3 days. He gave moral support to Ukraine, saying that they were once again with them.
