After access to Instagram was blocked on March 14, Russian tech entrepreneurs set out to launch a domestic photo-sharing app for use in the country.
The new app, known as Rossgram, will be operational on March 28, according to the project’s official website.
This app will have features such as fundraising and access to certain content by paying. The app will be available on Android and iOS systems.
