The Russian leader ordered that lists of countries where exports of certain products and raw materials would be banned be determined within two days.
Putin also called for a ban on the shipping of products and raw materials out of Russia, whose list will be determined by the government by December 31st.
CEASEFIRE EXTENDED FOR ANOTHER DAY
Russia, meanwhile, announced a humanitarian ceasefire for the evacuation of civilians as of 10:00 a.m. Moscow time.
