International credit rating agency Moody’s affirmed the European Union’s credit rating as “A-A-A”. It kept the credit rating outlook as “stable”.

Moody’s also made assessments regarding the European Union economy.

It was stated that the decision on the credit rating reflects the financial and political support given to the European Union by highly rated member states.
