The Hezbollah Movement announced that 11 attacks with different weapons were launched from southern Lebanon against Israeli military positions and settlements in the border region.
Hezbollah made a statement about the attacks on Israel from Lebanese territory in the last 24 hours.
In the statement, it was stated that dozens of Katyusha missiles were launched against Israel’s Kiryat Shmona and Kfar Blum settlements in response to the Israeli attack on the town of Hula in southern Lebanon, which killed 3 civilians.
It was noted that the Israeli positions of Baghdadi and Birket Risha, the headquarters of the 769th Eastern Brigade in Kiryat Shmona Barracks, and the position of Ruweisat al-Alam in Kafr Shubaa Hills were hit with missiles and appropriate weapons.
It was also reported that 2 Merkava-type tanks stationed in Israel’s military positions on the border were also targeted.
Israeli army radio reported that 30 missiles were launched from Lebanon towards Kiryat Shmona and 10 missiles were shot down by the air defense system.
In the clashes between the Israeli army and the Hezbollah Movement since October 8, 2023, 232 Hezbollah members, 48 Lebanese civilians, 11 Amal Movement, 12 Hamas, 12 Islamic Jihad members, 6 Israeli civilians and 11 Israeli soldiers have been killed.
