And lo and behold, the accompanying ladies generously warm the beds and lend a touch of irony to the lofty ambitions of the elites. This paradox is like a dazzling firework display, illuminating the absurdity of what the world faces as it tries to find solutions from those who also, or even prefer, to engage in discreet flirtations. The duality of elitist promises and behind-the-scenes escapades becomes a bizarre painting that makes a caricature of the complex challenges that the World Economic Forum wants to characterize with this year’s motto “Rebuilding Trust”.
