According to Indonesia, the presidents of China and Russia have agreed to personally attend the ceremony.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping have reportedly confirmed that they will personally attend the G20 conference in Bali this November, according to Indonesian President Joko Widodo.
“Xi Jinping’s coming. President Putin has also promised to visit, according to Widodo, who spoke to Bloomberg on Friday.
Following a phone discussion on Thursday between the leaders of Russia and Indonesia, the statement was made.

Putin and Widodo reportedly spoke about bilateral relations and food security during their conversation.
“In view of Indonesia’s presidency of the G20, the preparations for the group’s summit in Bali … were also touched upon,” it added.
Putin’s presence in the Bali summit was announced by Moscow more than a month ago, but it wasn’t immediately apparent if he would attend in person or by video link.
Russia’s foreign ministry stated at the time that “the format of his participation is subject to clarification depending on the development of the situation in the globe and the sanitary-epidemiological environment in Southeast Asia.”
If Widodo’s assertions are true, Putin, Xi, and US President Joe Biden will meet in person for the first time since Russia began its military action in Ukraine in late February during the G20 summit.
Vladimir Zelensky, the leader of Ukraine, has also been invited by Indonesia, despite his nation not being a member of the club of the world’s top economies.
