Russia sanctions 39 people, including former British Prime Minister Cameron

The Russian Foreign Ministry announced that 39 British citizens, including former British Prime Minister David Cameron, have been banned from entering the country.

In a written statement made by the Ministry, it was reminded that the UK imposed sanctions against Russia’s political, economic and media representatives.

For this reason, 39 people, including some UK politicians, business people and journalists, were included in the sanctions list, the statement said, noting that the names in question were banned from entering Russia.

The statement went on to publish the names of 39 people who have been placed on the sanctions list.

Former British Prime Minister David Cameron was also on the list.

The statement said that the UK has taken actions to spread fake news about Russia and support the Ukrainian administration, emphasizing that these steps are “harmful” and that Russia will continue to respond accordingly.
