US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said they have intelligence that Iran will soon send hundreds of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), including armed ones, to Moscow for the war in Ukraine and train Russian soldiers in UAV training.

Stating that Iran must take certain steps regarding the nuclear deal with Iran, Sullivan said, “We have not set a timetable for this deal. There is an agreement on the table. We and our European partners support it, Iran should take a step for this agreement.”

Sullivan also stated that Russia did not get what it wanted in the Russia-Ukraine War and that Russia was experiencing some arms shortages. “There is information on our side that the Iranian government will soon provide Russia with hundreds of UAVs, including UCAVs. This information also indicates that Iran will train Russian soldiers in the use of these drones and this process could start this month.”
