Huge interest from giant companies in laid-off Tesla employees!

Tesla, one of the biggest names in the electric car world, has recently been on the agenda due to the problem it has been having with its workers. The company became the world’s largest automobile company, especially with its successes last year. Tesla employees, one of the architects of this success, do not experience unemployment problems, even though they face the problem of dismissal.

Tesla employees who were laid off found jobs at companies such as Apple, Amazon and Google

Elon Musk, the phenomenal CEO of Tesla, decided to downsize and laid off many of his employees. However, it seems that the Tesla history in the CVs of the employees attracts the attention of important companies. According to Punks & Pinstripes, big tech companies like Apple, Amazon and Google immediately snapped up these laid-off names.

According to the report, 56 of the 457 laid-off Tesla employees went to Rivian, 51 to Apple, and the other 51 to Amazon. Meta has hired at giant companies such as Google and Lucid Motor. Elon Musk’s worker criteria is behind the popularity of Tesla employees. So much so that Musk accepts people with first-hand experience and hands-on testing experience, regardless of CVs.

The Tesla layoff process started last month when the company’s famous CEO Elon Musk sent an email to his senior executives with his thoughts on the economy. While Musk evaluated his thoughts on the economy as a “super bad feeling”, it started to be discussed that the company would lay off 10 percent of the company.

In the ongoing process, many layoffs took place. On the other hand, the company was also sued for its fast attitude on this issue. Tesla was sued by two former employees at the Gigafactory in Nevada for not following the procedure in mass layoffs.
