The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps issued a written statement on the attack on Iran’s consulate building in Damascus.

In the statement, it was stated that Israel launched a missile attack on the consulate building in the compound of the Iranian Embassy in Damascus and that Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Zahidi and Brigadier General Mohammad Hadi Haj Rahimi and 5 officials were killed in the attack.

The names of those who lost their lives in the attack were announced as Hussein Emanullahi, Mehdi Jalaleti, Mohsen Sadakat, Ali Aga Babayi and Ali Salihi Ruzbehani.
