While Apple’s new AI feature is eagerly awaited, the tech giant has begun offering support advisors a new AI tool called “Ask”. 

AUTOMATED RESPONSE TO CUSTOMERS

According to MacRumors, the AI tool can generate automated responses to technical issues from customers.

AppleCare employees can then relay this information to customers in online chats or over the phone.

After gathering feedback, Apple said it plans to make the tool available to more advisors in the future.

The tech giant is expected to adopt generative AI in a significant way this year.
