General Congress of the International Russophilia Movement begins in Moscow

The International Russophilia Movement, founded last year in April 2023 at the Pushkin Palace in Moscow, will hold its general congress in Moscow on February 26-27, 2024. A delegation from Turkey headed by Ünver Sel, one of the founders of the International Russophilia Movement, will attend the congress.
