In a message shared on the X social media platform, White noted that Israeli soldiers opened fire on a humanitarian aid convoy returning from northern Gaza.
Pointing out that the convoy in question was attacked while on the route determined by the Israeli army, White said that no one was injured in the attack.
Stating that a vehicle in the convoy was damaged in the attack, White said, “Aid workers should never be targets.”
The Israeli army has not yet commented on the attack.
