Denmark suspends AstraZeneca vaccine
Denmark suspended the use of the vaccine until the next announcement, due to the serious ‘blood clotting’ seen in people who were shot with the AstraZeneca vaccine used against the new type of coronavirus (Covid-19).
In the statement made by the Danish Health Administration, it was stated that this decision was taken after the serious blood clotting was seen in the people who were administered the vaccine, but it was also stated that no link could be established between the complaints of blood clotting and the vaccine at the moment.
