Human hair will be used for foldable screen!
According to the news of the fikrikadim site, scientists started using human hair for QLED, which is also used for foldable display technology.
Your details are as follows

QLED için insan saçı
Recycled human hair has been used in many areas throughout history. However, until now, humanity had not attempted to make a technological leap from its own hair. Now, human hair trials seem to have been successful for the QLED display, which is used more in foldable displays.
Researchers at Australia’s Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane have attempted to turn hair strands into carbon nanadotes for a smart device’s QLED screen.

Agreeing with a local barber, the researchers tried to create small QD (quantum dots) particles, the QLED display basis, by burning the small pieces of hair that they received. Professor Prashant Sonar and Professor Qin Li managed to create these bright quantum dots from human hair as a result of this incineration.
But QD pieces from human hair are not bright enough to be used on a television screen. However, these pieces are still bright enough to be used on smart watches or flexible small screens.

QD parts, that is, quantum dots, form QLED screens. These parts, like LED screens, work in a backlit way. Unlike OLED displays, however, these quantum dots try to reflect a single color very well. QLED screen technology can provide much better results than OLED, especially on foldable screens.

The use of an easily found material, such as human hair, in display technology may cause smaller display accessories such as smart watches to decrease at affordable prices.

Do you think the foldable screen made with human hair can really give a good result? We are waiting your comments.
