1 Haziranda Türkiye normalleşme sürecine giriyor. Covid-19 salgınının ülkemizde görülmesiyle birlikte alınan tedbirler nedeniyle okullar, işyerleri kapandı. 65 yaş üstü ve 20 yaş altı vatandaşlarımıza sokağa çıkma kısıtlaması getirildi. Evlerde kapalı ortamda, hareketsiz yaşamanın sonucu olarak uyku düzenimizi kaybettik. Oysa uykumuz normalleşmeden hayatımızı nasıl normalleştirebiliriz ki… #uyku #normalleşme #covid19
