The fortunes of Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, have declined by $54 billion since the beginning of the year. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos lost $27.8 billion during that period. Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin each lost more than $12 billion. Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg lost $15.2 billion.

During this period, only one of the 10 richest people increased their wealth; investor Warren Buffett. Buffett, a billionaire investor and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, had a $2.4 billion increase to $111 billion. The diversity of Buffett’s portfolio has ensured he is not badly damaged by the tech slump.

Elon Musk remained the world’s richest man with $216 billion despite a drop in his fortune.

Buffett ranked 6th in the Bloomberg Billionaires Index this week, beating Zuckerberg.
