The global economic wave is getting tougher

After the collapse of the Rıza Bey Apartment in Bayraklı district, the dog named “Ares” was removed from the wreckage by the search and rescue teams this morning, 65 hours later.

IHH volunteer Ahmet Çelik, who is in the rescue team and came from Çanakkale, shared his emotional moments with the AA reporter.

Çelik noted that they noticed that a dog was found while working in the wreck, while Gizem İleri, the owner of the dog, followed the rescue operation.

Çelik said, “After we rescued Ares from the wreckage, we delivered it to veterinarians. At that time, Gizem, which was previously removed from the wreckage, was also there. Mystery was waiting for the moment when his dog would be rescued even though he came out of the wreckage on the first day. He had a great joy.” said.

Ahmet Çelik stated that Ares’ treatment is currently ongoing and said:

“I also took part in the earthquake zone, in different debris and disasters. It is a very different feeling to remove alive from the wreckage. It is a great joy to remove a creature from the wreck, whether it is a human being, a cat or a dog. Removing a creature from the wreckage has raised our hopes. Currently, many of our citizens are lost in the wreckage. We keep our hope high. ”
